Marc Guéhi spoke at his press conference before Man City vs AEK Athens in the Champions League. Asked if he had ever seen a goalscorer like Erling Haaland, he said the only one he has played with who comes to mind is Harry Kane. He called Haaland a fantastic leader and a fantastic player.
After nine goals conceded in City’s last three home games at the Etihad, Guéhi said the goals at the weekend against Ipswich were down to him. He also said the squad is still getting used to the new manager’s system, mostly through clips and meetings because there is so little time to train.
